Our founder, Mike spent his college years in Lafayette, Louisiana, where he discovered his passion for Cajun-Creole cooking. It was in the kitchens of Lafayette that he learned the traditions, techniques, and soulful flavors that have laid the foundation to our sister restaurant Bourbon Street and Chez Lafayette.
